Revision Policy

The number of revisions depends on the package or service scope agreed upon at the start of the project. Clients may request revisions within the defined limits.

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction by refining deliverables within the agreed requirements.

  • No additional charges apply as long as the original scope and concept remain unchanged
  • UI/UX design revisions are typically delivered within 24–48 hours
  • Software or app-related revisions may take 24–72 hours depending on complexity
  • Major changes outside the approved scope may require additional time and cost

Project Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the delivery of initial concepts or development milestones after confirmation and receipt of a complete project brief.

  • UI/UX Design: 24–48 hours for initial drafts
  • Mobile App Development: Timeline varies based on features and complexity
  • Web App Development: Estimated timelines shared per project scope
  • Custom Software & SaaS Development: Milestones defined during project planning
  • API & Integrations: Timeline depends on system requirements

Projects begin only after all required information and approvals are received. Delays in client response may impact delivery timelines.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to eligibility and are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Approval of initial design, prototype, or development milestone
  • Significant work has already been completed
  • Revision requests have been initiated
  • Lack of communication from the client for more than 2 weeks
  • Engagement of another company or developer for the same project
  • Incomplete or unclear project requirements
  • Request for a complete change in scope or direction
  • Refund request submitted outside the eligible timeframe
  • Business closure, internal changes, or change of mind

Additional conditions:

  • No refunds after final delivery of files, source code, or deployment
  • Service bundles are partially refundable only for unused services
  • Services such as maintenance, support plans, hosting, or third-party tools are non-refundable
  • Once a refund is processed, all rights to the work remain with Dab Soft App

Refund Eligibility Timeline:

  • UI/UX & Design Services: Within 30 days
  • Development Projects: Within 90 days (depending on project stage)

Dab Soft App reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion.

Record Maintenance
